• Met with Employers March 12 and 13, 2014.
• Discussed Benefits (variations between former Health Regions and potential consolidation into a single plan).
• Also discussed In-Charge provisions. The Employer amended Article 16.02 and proposed a new Letter of Understanding:
"the Employer may combine more than one unit in rural, long term care or sub acute care settings for the purposes of designating a RN/RPN In-Charge."
• Next meeting dates will be March 26 and 27.
